I wouldn't assume that the importance of women and/or alcohol are axiomatic even in Russia these days, let alone KZ and UZ. Many businesses have taken great pains to become more formal. Furthermore, should you suggest or arrange anything for your hosts, you're in pretty grave danger of offending someone seeing as it is not exactly business-like or decent behaviour, particularly as the number of observant Muslims is growing (esp. in UZ). Leave it be, locals will sort it out if it's on the agenda.
If however this is a thinly disguised "where can I pick up a prostitute" question, then hang around any expat bar or hotel long enough and the chances are you'll find some poor girl willing to put up with you for money.
