FRU to Almaty

Greetings,
Im flying to Bishkek next week, either the 21st or the 23rd. If it‘s the 23rd the arrival time would be 3:10 am and Im thinking since this will probably be a lost day I might head straight to Almaty. Id fly except the only flight I see dep. FRU at 7:55 pm and thats too late. So if I take an early morning bus from FRU into Bishkek proper, does it pass close to the staging area for the buses (or would they be share taxis?) to Almaty?

The first bus / shared taxis from Bishkek airport to city leaves about 6.30/7am and should travel past Jibek Jolu Ave where the Western Bus station is, and where shared taxis/buses to Almaty depart. Could ask the driver to drop you off near Jibek Jolu and walk there. Should be about a 1-1.5km walk.

I was able to change my flight so will probably stay in Bishkek for the night.

Is it possible to get to Interhouse Bishkek, ул. Скрябина by marshrutka? It's in the Oktyabr district south of the train station.
