Hi there!
I would like to
know how easy it is to purchase a flight in the airport from Tashkent to Bishkek.
Are those flight scarce ? Once in a few days or are there a few daily ?
Is it even possible to purchase while in the airport , or should it all be done in Tashkent through a travel agency?

You might want to contact StanTours or Celestial Mountains Tour Co who can let you know the schedule and how far in advance you would need to get tickets. They can arrange to get the tickets for you and have you pick them up in Tashkent, probably at a partner travel agency.

schedule of arrivals and departures for Manas Int'l Airport, Bishkek here.
(I found this by doing a Google search just for: bishkek airport, then at the official airport site, clicked on timetable.)

The left columns are for flights from Bishkek, and the right columns for flights to Bishkek.
It looks like there are flights six out of seven days, at different times.
