Can english books be easily found in Kashgar or Bishkek? Specifically LP Tibet?

Now in Kashgar you can check the Youth hotel near the Idhkah Mouque&Yambo hotel. you will find LP there.

You can always try Fatboys in Bishkek- which is a sort-of restaurant/library run by ''Our Man in Bishkek'' aka the British Vice-Consul!
