English books in Kashgar or Bishkek?

Is there anywhere to find english books in Kashgar or Bishkek? Specifically LP Tibet or should I bring one with me?

Yes, there are. No I wouldn't count on finding a specific book you want in English, so if you need it, I'd take it with you.
