Can anyone give me a quick rough approximation of a daily budget for Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan? I am traveling solo and am generally fairly frugal. Factor in living, sleeping, eating, and transportation costs - I will assume this to be a very basic budget without frills, so to speak, upon which I can add "special" extras like treking, etc. Just a rough budget range will suffice.

Last October/November we spent about 15 euro per person per day in Uzbekistan and 10 pp in Kyrgystan (living, sleeping, eating, public transport). But that was with 2 persons. Accom. in Uzbekistan is pretty expensive. Probably want to budget about 20-25 euro a day there. Kyrgystan has some dorms so 10-15 euro a day should be an okay no frills budget.
