BISHKEK => ALMATY => CHARYN CANYON => KARAKOL

Hello,

We are a couple spending 2 weeks in August in Kyrgystan. I'm actually trying to plan the trip.
What would be the best option:
1 -BISHKEK => ALMATY => CHARYN CANYON => KARAKOL
or
2-BISHKEK => KARAKOL by the Issyk Kol lake?

Knowing that after that we plan to make the classic Kochkor and Song Kol lake.
How many days would it take to make the 1st trip? 3/4 days?

Yeah at least 3 days for the first trip. But are there public buses to Charyn? I don't think so.... The same from Charyn to Karakol...

My suggestion: spend your time around Issykul, nort and south shore.

I also read that the border btw Charyn and Karakol was closed.
So we will stay around Issykul.
