A question on Kyrgyzstan Visa (may sound silly but I am worried)

Can someone help please.

I have been granted a 30-day tourist visa by the Embassy to visit Kyrgyzstan. On the visa, there is a "From" date and a "Until" date. Is it okay if I enter the country later than the "From" date? Sounds silly, but some friends are saying I can only enter on the "From" date.

Enter any time from or after the 'from' date, including the 'until' date. Depart any time prior to or on the 'until' date.

Agreed. after the "from" is fine (not before) and up to the "until" is fine (not after)

Hi, thanks. I think I am just scared because it is the first time I venture into this part of the world.

So this means if my visa is From : 30-09 untill 30-10 and I enter on say the 15th then I still have to leave or extend before the 30-10? Or does the 30 day period just start when I enter?

Exit through immigration before midnight on 30 Oct, or whatever the final date is.
