i am coming to Tashkent and wanted to go to Dushanbe what is easy way to travel from airport to Dushanbe city

Taxi (15-30 somoni), or you can walk. It's very close.

I made a mistake. I thought you were asking 'how to get to Dushanbe city from Dushanbe airport'.

You will need to take a series of shared taxis. Have also at this old thread, which has information on the journey from Dushanbe to Tashkent: Dushanbe to Tashkent in September. You will need to work out how to do things in reverse order.

If asked for a 'fee' by border authorities, ask for a 'factura' (фактура). This should discourage them.
