Hello, for foot problem, I'm not sure to be able to leave to tajikistan at the end of July, I'll know at the last moment,so I'd like to be sure tourism visa is still possible to get at the aeroport without LOI( I'm french),
and I'd like to know what agency I can contact to get GBAO when I'll be in Dushanbe,

There is GBAO-permit information here and elsewhere if you search. It can be easily gotten independently.

I cannot help regarding the visa for French nationals, sorry.

Hi,

Iam in dushanbe right now. Ir is very easy to apply for a GBAO permit.
Nowadays you can get in in one day.
I went to Tajikintourservice (look at LP, Pushkinstreet 85) and paid 100 somani (= like 22 usd), wich is a lot cheaper then most embassies or companies like Stantours (they overcharge enormously and give no quarantees, while Tadjikintourservice is promissing that they can arrange it in one day)
Als opposite is the so called Visa Center and they also arrange the permit in one day (for 24 usd)

So don't worrie about GBAO permit, it;s easy here in Dushanbe.
Don't believe the companies who will tell you something different, they just want your money!

I leave tomorrow to Khorog...:)
