Hi, and thanks in advance!

Any tips of the best high-peak views across the Afghani & Pakistani borders?
For example - is it possible to see Mt.Nushak and Mt.Tirich Mir from Ishkashim?

You can see lots of mountains from the valley, but how will you tell which are which? Anyway, the two you mention are far distant from Ishkashim and are tiddlers compared to other peaks in the region.

You can travel through dozens of 7000+ peaks by travelling along the Karakorum Highway between Kashgar in China and Gilgit in Pakistan. In China the highway passes close to Kongur (7649), while Muztagh Ata (7546) rises from the side of the road. In Pakistan the KKH winds past Rakaposhi (7788) and Nanga Parbat (8126) and many other high peaks of the Karakorum and Himalaya ranges.

No idea about specific peaks (except Karl Marx which is easy to see). However for a long stretch the ridge to the south of the valley is the Afghan/Pakistan border, so you get a good view of all of those. They looked pretty high to me.
