US Cash From ATMs?

Do any of the ATMs in Tajikistan issue US dollars. If so, are they dependable and what is the limit of how much you can withdraw in one transaction or day? And what is the fee for each transaction? I have a Travel Card which is pre-loaded with US dollars and acts like debit/credit card. Thank you :)

My multiple experiences were all in Dushanbe, but yes plenty of ATMs offer dollars, and the limit at many is at least US$1,000--I don't think I ever needed more than that from one ATM. No idea what the fee is--cheaper than carrying sacks of dollars around, surely.

Is your card linked to any of the more usual international systems (Visa, Cirrus, etc.)?

Travel pics, many from Africa and Middle East/Central Asia.
The newest are from Algeria, South Korea and Taiwan.
