Is there any risk for malaria in Tajikistan (Fan Mountains area) - Penjikent - and all the way to Kujand?
Is there any risk for malaria in South Kyrgyzstan (from Isfana to Batken and all the region around Sary Mogol)?

Above 2500m there is no risk of Malaria.

Below 2500m the WHO reports a possible risk of malaria. However most (but not all) reported cases are in Khatlon region in the south with some in the region around Dushanbe.

In the UK the medical advice is that the Fann Mountains are not a risk area but Khujand and the rest of Sugd Region is.
