I have found out website www.TajikHotels.com which has different apartments and hotels for online booking. I wrote to them for my guests and they provided big 2-bedroom very nice apartment for 3 persons, for only $75 per day ($25 per person) right in the city center, in neighborhood with presidential palace. For another friend with his gf, only for $28 ($14 per person) a nice apartment in front of presidential palace ..
