ATMs in Dushanbe

I found one or two in the departure terminal at the airport. This building is separate from the arrivals terminal, which has no ATMs at all.

Try the hotel Avesto across the road from Merve cafe in the middle of town ,,I used the atm there and im sure you could get Taj som or US $ out

Beware ATM's in Dushanbe.... I tried an assortment of different ones back in 2009 and none gave out any cash - dollars or otherwise. I eventually found a bank and was told the city had 'run out of dollars' and I changed cash over the counter. I would not rely on ATM's if I were you, better to travel (carefully) with $.

I lived there until earlier this year and don't recall having had significant ATM trouble, though hard cash in-hand always comes in handy. Many Dushanbe ATMs dispense US$.

Avesto ATM and some others (Orien, Tajprom etc.)) ran out of USD 2 days ago, but post office (right side at entrance) and TSuM ATMs still had USD yesterday.
