Emmeff is right that there are no buses, but small trucks and other commercial vehicles seem to make the trip on a regular basis and are happy to take paying passengers. There are taxis hanging out, but it will be much cheaper if you take a vehicle that's going to Kashgar anyway. I had to wait less than an hour for a ride, and the cost was 50 Yuan.
