It is clearly written that it is possible to get a KG visa on arrival at the airport in Bishkek. Do you know if we can get a double entry visa? I plan to go to Murghab (Tadjikistan) and would like to be able to go back to Bishkek thereafter...

Yes -- if your nationality qualifies for a VOA, you can ask for a double-entry visa. But try to find out the current cost, and hand over the exact amount in USD.
