Hi guys!

I am pondering on either an anti-clockwise loop Urumqi-Almaty-Karakol-Osh-Irkeshtam-Kashgar-Urumqi or the reverse (a clockwise loop). The transport in and out of China seems critical. U$170 for the Kashgar-Osh leg is beyond my budget. So I would appreciate it if you can furnish further info (say from fellow backpackers you met on the road) regarding buses in and out of China.

I will be landing at Urumqi midday coming Monday (25 Aug).
