Another thing to consider that European mobile users are not used to: both, incoming and outgoing calls (sms, mms) are charged.
If you're not staying for a long time I would not bother, take advantage of Telia roaming or use internet

I'd buy a cheapo pre paid phone-or use phone cards-and only pull out the foreign model if absolutely necessary.
