lost I-94W form

resultat! am sat on the old grey hound heading to buffalo station, US border guard just stamped my passport here, charged 6 dollars for a new green I-94 form, and sent me on my way. Who's the daddy? That's right, yours truly.

Man, I wonder if you lost Passport (destroy it on purpose) so you get a new Passport # and then a new I94, as they wont have the new # in the system yet...
