Hi. Just wondering if anyone has used Jucy RV rentals in the USA. Would like some feedback. Thanks
Not familiar with them in the US.
But they're certainly very common in New Zealand, and quite common in Australia ... they must meet the market well enough.

I never used them personally but have seen them all over camping. They must do something right.
I've talked to folks in Juicy, Lost and Escape campervans several times over the years, sometime in fairly remote locations that are on dirt/gravel roads. They all say they were very happy with the vans and especially enjoyed the ability to camp and stay outdoors. A few long term rental folks, 2-3 months, said the vans can be a bit bit old but they all ran well and had the camp gear needed. Seems folks who rented less than a month were in newer vans.
First, let's be sure everyone is talking about the same thing. Look at this picture. (Ignore the prices. They are out-of-date.)) Most Americans think of an RV as Type A, the ones that look like a bus. Type B is a campervan, although many Type Bs found in the US are lareger tan a typical campervan.). Type C is smaller than Type A and easier to drive.
I hadn't heard of RV Rental Network (RVRN). They are based in the UK and act as a booking agent for rentals from a number of companies in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as the US & Canada. They say they have 4 US suppliers: Cruise America, El Monte, Road Bear, and StarDrive (which I hand't hear of before.) However, with a little looking around, I found they also will book Jucy and Escape, and possibly others, for you.
RVRN advertises "Luxury RV rental." None of the 4 suppliers rents campervans. (I checked). They all rent Type A & Type C.
RV RN shows a lot of cities on their web site, including many that aren't usually associated with RV rental. It would be a great resource if they could rent RVs in smaller cities, especially in the South & Midwest. I tried a test rental for July at a few of the more unusual locations. For some, including Fort Lauderdale, I got this message:
No results were returned. This may be because of the following reason:
Unfortunately our suppliers are yet to release rates in this location (Fort Lauderdale). Please call our contact centre.
I'm having trouble believing that a rental company doesn't yet have pricing for a month from now. Other obscure cities, such as Ferndale or Hesperia are suburbs of other popular cities, that have an outlet for El Monte or CruiseAmerica, usually. You care going to have to figure out how to get there to pick it up. RVRN doesn't tell you the pick up location until you are farther into thee rental process than I was ready to go.
In the US, Jucy only has three locations--LA, SF, and Las Vegas. Not Fort Lauderdale. I compared booking a one-week rental in Las Vegas, directly from Jucy and with RVRN To my surprise, the rates were almost the same.

That chart might need some revision or updating nutrax ... the campervans provided by Jucy, Escape might not sit comfortably in the B Category any more.
And as for the "RVRN", I'm always very leery of first-time posters linking to "recommended" sites.
