Another possibility is to contact Carney Sandoe, which is a placement service helping match teachers with private and religious schools. They have very personalized service and they have helped foreign teachers find places in the US as well.
http://www.carneysandoe.com/Default.asp?bhcp=1

Setting up an account with them would probably be more efficient than applying to individual schools: you send them your materials and they send them on to dozens of schools. They can also help you polish your application so that you make the best impression.

The letter of release is a letter from your embassy or foreign ministry giving you permission to work overseas. It is needed for the H-1 visa. I do not know if it is needed for the VIF program. There are 65,000 H-1 visas alloted every year beginning April 1. They are usually snapped up right away by foreign nationals already residing in the US or by foreigners recruited and sponsored by companies. Forgot about H-1 for now. Concentrate on the VIF or other programs mentioned here. The application process is explained at the VIF website, and I see that the VIF recruits teachers in the Philippines.
My VIF colleague is away this week and will return on Monday. You can PM me in the future if you have questions, and I'll ask her.

Thanks so much. I really need more information, your friends experience on VIF would add a lot on my knowledge to go out. I do hope that you can give me more information.... I would be very greatful for it. I would like to know the process on how she applied through the VIF, how much did she payed for it? The requirements that she prepared and the things she did with the Embassy.

Did you look at the information at the website? The application process is explained clearly, and you can even apply online. Please look at all the information at the website first and then I'll be happy to forward questions to my colleague.

Please remember that you should pay NOTHING-except the visa fees, and probably not even those-to ANYONE to work in the US. I work all over the world and almost never have. THEY pay for you to come, or it probably isn't legitimate.

Ic. I thought you have to shell out lots of payment. I guess I really have to go for the online application. But does the VIF charges anything? That, i haven't closely read any...

I have applied to almost all of the sites you mentioned and I want to know if losing a drivers license affect the date that I placed in the application form?
The data from the mainstream computer of our Land transportation Office underwent a virus thus didn't recognize my identity, I'm getting a new one again, will it affect my VIF application and other applications wherein I placed my original drivers license?
