Hello all - any recommendations for a 3-day (solo) Nashville visit would be appreciated. Love country music, good food, BBQue of course, wine, craft beers, hole-in-the-wall places (but not dirty), fun. Also appreciate the 5-star hotel experience, but am open to a true Nashville experience. Thank you. December 15-18.

Are you limiting in Nashville only or want to drive to nearby places as well? Chattanooga was my favourite place in Tennessee. Nature at its best. Rent a cabin and enjoy your BBQ and country music.
I have no idea why above suggest Chattanooga...LOL
The main street for all the music honky tonks is right downtown...most people stay there.
The main areas for the music either in the Gulch, (Downtown), plenty of 5 star hotels there too, and Uber to the other areas like West End which is also a lot of nightlife and live music venues, but requires a car to get around or Uber...

Thank you. Take a Lyft to & from the airport. I want to stay on foot or I'll Lyft if I want to venture out...... I live in SF and walk everywhere..so I'll be on foot exploring ... Thank you!!!!

Gulch and West End - got it, thank you.... I do want to stay and explore downtown and random bars/music.... just needed to be sure what's considered a "safe neighborhood" --so I appreciate the advice..... Uber is my plan if I 'need' or want to get around - appreciate it.
Most of downtown is safe, and all the west end...
Nashville is one of the fastest growing cities in America, the skyline has more cranes than any other city in America...80 people a day are moving there...its all good, other than hotel prices are nuts if you dont book early.
Hi @mishakat93572873 ! You could easily spend three days in Nashville just exploring downtown. A few off-the-beaten-path ideas for downtown are in this article if you want some inspiration. The Gulch is very near to downtown and you can walk or take a free shuttle bus, the Music City Circuit, from downtown. Germantown is another fun neighborhood within a short Lyft ride (or take the free bus to the farmer's market and walk from there). It's true that hotels are $$ here so you should probably book soon! Have fun.
