Page Arizona presumably. There is a lot to choose from, and it's highly seasonal - so depending on the time of year you should be able to walk in and negotiate a good rate, rather than pre-book. We did so at a Best Western, but there seemed to be every motels of every stripe there.

In Sonoma/Napa try the chain hotels in the Sonoma area. I once got a great deal through Hotwire for the Doubletree Sonoma for something like $79. Some of the smaller places in that area might not accept children.

There's an Embassy Suites in the city of Napa.

If then, the Utah Parks & No. Rim Grand Canyon are "in" the trip Consider Kanab Utah as a better,less expensive ,alternative...carracar
