Summer jobs in Newport RI

Hello a friend of mine wd like to come to Newport RI for 3 month (June/September) in order to find a summer job which can help him me to learn better english and also to attend a class. Any suggestion of where he can apply? Anything related to yachting should be fine. Any suggestion also for a school helding english classes? And what about an accomodation with other summer workers?
