I am British citizen, my wife is Venezuelan.I have been refused entry for an overstay of welcome 4 years ago. Is it possible to still fly through the USA ?

my initial plan was to head to Praia da Pipa, then to Natal , Fortaleza (to get to Jeri), then Jeri, then Belem

i am running out of time. I have to be in Belem by the 16th. which would you cut out? i am leaning towards Natal, or Jeri just because it seems like it takes 6 hours to get in or out of there from Fortaleza. Can i catch a bus from Jeri to Belem, or do i need to backtrack to Fortaleza?
Does Praia da Pipa have the same vibe as Jeri?
any advice would be great.

I'm pretty peeved that I even have to post this question. I had asked some time ago and then did a bit of independant research, but my computer went bust and all that information disappeared. Anywho....

I'm looking at taking 2 months this summer starting in Chile, stoping in Easter Island, then over to NZ. I remember being told that the plane stops on another island as part of that route...I can't remember the airline, nor the other island in question.

Does anyone know what the airport taxes currently are? If I am flying from Miami - Panama City - Lima - Buenos Aires - Santiago - Arequipa - Cusco - Lima - Panama - LA (cheapest flght had a lot of detours), do I have to pay a fee each time i enter and leave, even if I am only changing planes at the airport? Are most of the taxes written into the ticket price? All I currently know is that Chile has a $100 fee for US citizens right now.

I am going to be travelling around Peru in a few weeks and I am a bit confused by where is advisable to take malaria pills. I went to the doctor and he gave me a list of areas (districts) where malaria medication is recommended. I know that the Cuzco-Machu Picchu zone is OK and that the jungle areas of Iquitos, Manu and Tambopata are not but what about other places?
