Hi,
Just wondering what kind of a property US$40 would buy in, say, Natal, Belo Horizonte, or Goiana?

Thanks!

I have been looking at flights from BA - Lima - Cusco.....the cheapest way to do it seems to be through Lan Peru by breaking the journey up into the two segments rather than book all the way thru = $420 USD. Does anyone know if they ever have any sales, any other options I should be looking at, or should I just bite the bullet and pay?? The flights are for mid-April, so not too far away.

Also, we are Norwegians, and therefore used to cold climate and rain (10-20 celsius below at the moment), so Brazilian winter won't bother us.

We're starting July 31st, and have 2 weeks to get to Foz de…

I will be staying in Quito for a week then flying to Galapagos. I will be staying on San Cristobal. How easy is it to change travellers cheques here? Would i be better advised to change beforehand in Quito or take cash for the trip.

Also i was wondering if it is worth taking my mobile phone to stay in touch or is there no reception on the Galapagos?

Sorry if…
