Hi,

We are coming to Mochima for 3 weeks, arriving July 25th and leaving August 14th.

We want to find a quiet place that has easy access to Scuba Diving, Snorkelling activities and Jungle Exploration. We are both Divemasters, and want to do a lot of diving in the area.

We enjoy quiet and relaxed places to stay.

Our budget maximum is $30 per room, per not (i.e. $15 per night, per person), but we would ideally like to find somewhere for $20 per night.

Hope that someone can offer some recommendations. We are very excited about our first trip to South America.

Try contacting Gina at +584148063744, she owns a scuba center in the area and she'll help you out. She speaks english.

Thank you Theobeek for your advice. Vista Montana looks fantastic. I think we may stay there for a few days, and do some Jungle exploring and horseriding. Do you have any other advice about who we could dive with?

Hola Ruthpenaluna,

There are plenty of budget posadas in the fishing village of Mochima. There is one, the name escapes me offhand but I will look it up for you, which is not only a posada but a dive center as well.
