Try Rutaca; not sure how much it will cost (US$80-100?)

Theres another rout,to take a bus to Ciudad Bolivar and fly from there, is less expensive. If u are by ur own, tis gonna be more difficult cause u have to wait for the plane to fill, and find more tourists. From both places.
