Hello
I go to Bolivia next week and i wlould like to know if can I withdraw money with visa electron (spanish bank) ??
I'll carry with me travel checks in euro currency too

Yes you can use your visa electron card in almost every ATM in main cities in Bolivia
I recommend to bring only US Dollars because is easier to change into bolivianos although you can change euros in some banks

You dont need PLUS sign. I have a Visa Electron from a Spanish bank as well. Worked on all ATM's that I used. In small towns without ATM it can be used to get cash from the bank.
