Ushuaia, Beagle Channel Boat Tour

Any suggestions of a cost/effective tour operator for a Beagle Channel boat tour?

I did a day trip on the Beagle many years ago. There were lots of bigger boats but we chose a small boat (10-12 passenger, converted fishing boat) called something like Tres Marias. This small boat was able to get within a few meters of rocks where sea lions and birds hung out. We even pulled up to H Island (this is all from memory, so I hope I have that right), climbed up rocks and walked around observing nesting birds, etc. if you can handle a small boat, I'd recommend that you try to see if something like that is still available.
