travel time between airports

I am planning to fly into BA and then immediatly out to either Igazu or Barilochi, and I belive I will need to travel between the Internationl Airport and the Jorge Newbery for the domestic flight.
How long will the trip take? would it be wise to schedule the transfer on a Sat or Sun vs a week day?
What would be the best/quickest way to make the trip (ie taxi, subway ect)???

There are no subways to both airports. You have to take a taxi which takes about 50 minutes and costs 24.00 US$. Shuttle services take 1 hour 30 minutes and cost 9.00 US$. They run via downtown.
