Torres Del Paine, Los Torres Tour Worthwhile?

I'v got a couple of nights booked at Hosteria Los Torres in november and I just wondered if anyone knew if there was any reason to take there tour up to the base of the towers rather than just doing it myself?

I did the trek myself, and cannot think of any reason to take a tour. It's beautiful out there--have fun!

There is no reason to book a tour. Do it yourself.

Its a nice morning trip depending on how long you sit enjoying the view.

Hosteria Los Torres is a pretty nice place - maybe the typical guests don't do much hiking and therefore feel like they need to join a "tour." If you've got any hiking experience, or are in decent shape and have some outdoor experience, there is no need to join a tour.
