Hello guys!
Me and friend of mine planing to do a trip to patagonia and machu picchu in jan 2018.
My question is is it possible to do all that in 30 days? We planing to fly to Buenos Aires and finishing with fly from Lima to back home

You could, but Patagonia is a big big area - you would have to limit where you go.
You could do two to three weeks in Torres del Paine/El Calafate/El Chalten. Then fly up to Peru and to Cusco and visit the surrounding area in a week or so.
