Pacara-Samiria from Lagunas or Nauta???

Hello,
We´re looking to spend a good amount of time exploring the jungle in Pacara-Samiria Nat Reserve. We´re not sure whether to enter the reserve from Lagunas or Nauta. Advantages or disadvantages of each?? Also, we´ll be there in mid-April, is the rain going to influence where we enter the reserve?
