Motorcycling in Venezuela!

If you have been to Venezuela and rented a motorcycle, perhaps you can help me! I have a few questions:

1. Can motorcycles be rented in Venezuela?
2. Are the rental agencies fussy about needing a valid licence, or will they you rent a bike without one?
3. What types of bikes are available for rent? i.e -- Yamaha, Honda, BMW, 125cc, 250cc, etc.
4. How much do they cost to rent per day, or per week?
5. How much is gas at the pumps in Venezuela?

I have not rented motorcycles in Venezuela, but I can tell you that the answer to the question 5 it is very easy. The price is regulated in the entire country: 12 cents (US$) a gallon, or less if you exchange money in the paralell market.
