Good evening,

I have one issue and just wanted to ask for your advice, if anyone has encountered this kind of problem before.
I was buying tickets with LATAM airlines from La Paz to Rio de Janeiro. Money has left my bank account, but I did not receive any tickets. What I did get was a letter saying, that I should pay for my reserved tickets, which was already done. Everything is ok with my bank and I did get confirmation from them together with reference nr.
I have contacted the airlines with all the proof of transaction and at first they were willing to communicate, but they are totally ignoring me for about 5 days now.

What is the best thing to do at this situation? I need those tickets desperately. Should I buy other ones and expect to get a refund later? Should I contact some company that deals with this kind of problems?

Thank you

Have you spoken to LATAM? Things like this are better dealt with by a phone call or in person rather than by email.

Are you sure your tickets are not in your spam ?
Have you checked your reservation on the LATAM web-site, you should be able to see the status of your tickets ?.

Every group has its own dynamics, if you can't see the idiot then it's probably you.
Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think :-D

If you got a confirmation and reference nr from the airline, you should be able to trace your booking on their website.

Why do people repeat previous posts, it just clogs up the threads.

They are not in my spam for sure. When I try to enter flight detail it says that your reservation has ended and I have book tickets again. It looks that somehow I managed to reserve tickets for three days without paying, except that I have paid for them

If the tickets had been issued, he shouldn't have got the email to pay for tickets being held on reservation.

You can call any of their numbers. They have English speaking staff in the US, UK and Australia.
