Los Roques

Hi,

We are planning to go to Los Roques for our honeymoon. I found this site: www.ospreyvenezuela.com. Has anyone used them?
Are there any places to stay that someone can recommend? We are looking for a small quiet place close to the beach. Also will the islands be crowded at the end of July?

In our trip to Canaima we met a couple from England who recommended Posada Macanao Lodge in Los Roques. They said it was the best of the best... maybe we will stay there next trip!

No sure if the beaches are crowed at the end of July, but Venezuelans still have summer vacations and we love beaches! IMO I don't think it will be crowed, but maybe somebody else can give you a better inside information.
