IGM maps in Guayaquil

Hi All -- I am planning on doing some independent trekking in the central and southern sierra in July. I'll be flying into Guayaquil and not passing through Quito to pick up maps. I have heard there is an IGM branch in Guayaquil as well but can't find any information on their website about a location or if they have the same map selection available in Quito.

Any help on where the place might be, what maps they have, or how to contact them?
