Flying to and from Santa Elena

Hi everyone,

From what I read, Rutaca is the airline to fly with from C. Bolivar/P.Ordaz in order to get to and from Santa Elena.

But their website seems to not be working at the moment and I am finding it hard to confirm they fly here/book the flights online.

Can anyone confirm that this airline does exist and that they fly to and from Santa Elena?

I've seen a google cache of Rutaca's web and Santa Elena isn't listed as destination. (I mean they show the itineraries and there isn't anyone going there).
Serami seems to fly there but it's an executive charter airline so, probably, an expensive option.

Rutaca does fly Ciudad Bolivar - Santa Elena - Ciudad Bolivar but they are charter flights and are also expensive, though cheaper than Serami. These flights are quite unreliable though and I wouldn't count on them leaving on schedule. You may consider the night bus as an alternate route.
