Does Trails of Chile agency still exist? If not, any agency recommendation?

Can anyone tell me if the Trails of Chile travel agency (trailsofchile.cl) still exists? I can get to their website and send email, but there is no response. If they are out of business, can anyone recommend other Chilean travel agencies that can help with some of the arrangements I need to make for a 2018 vacation to southern Chile and possibly Easter Island?

They are still there. But it is high season now, they are near Puerto Varas - prime holiday spot - and are probably a tad busy. Try phoning on Skype: Phone : +56-65-2566670/72 or be patient!

It's good to know they still exist! OK, I will wait a bit and then try again, possibly with Skype.
