Hi,
We are going to catch a bus from Lima to Nazca and on the next day back to Lima in the end of June. We tried to book tickets in advance, but neither Cruz Del Sur nor Royal Class de Ormeno delivered the tickets outside Lima. We also could not book online on the Cruz Del Sur website. It just did not work. It seems like we will have to buy tickets on the day of departure since we will not have an extra day in Lima to purchase them in advance. Please advice if there are other options to book…
Hi everyone,
1. I just now found out that I have 3 extra days of vacation and so I am able to spend more time in Sacred Valley. Other than Ollantaytambo, Urubamba and Pisac, what other places would you suggest visiting?
2. Can anyone recommend a place to stay in Puerto Maldonado? Hostal Cabana quinta looks good but it is a bit pricey. I would prefer something a bit cheaper.
Hi!
Im leaving for Lima in August for a week and need some advice as to what the best itinerary should be:

thanks!

That is rubbish, admittedly it was built in 1929 and must have been a very prestigous place. It has been completely restored, it is like a wonderful palace with huge rooms for conferences, balls, dining, etc. Miles of corridors. Our room was very large with 14 foot ceilings, a big bedroom, large bathroom, and complete storage room (within your room) for…

when travelling from Copacabana (Bolivia) over the border to Puno (Peru) on the morning bus - i think there is only one going at 9am - be aware of a man on the bus trying to sell you a night at his hostel and other tourist things to do in Puno. it may be an easy option to go to his hostel with the free transfer from the bus terminal, but we had nothing but rip-offs and lies from him. Everything he told us was with an inflated price, and most of what he told us was also lies. also his hostel…
