The good ones, who are from the area, will have the windows down, play salsa music on the radio and take you anywhere. In Callao there are excellent restaurants, a pleasant seaside boulevard for long walks, three museums, several yacht clubs for the wealthy, the navy cadet school, frequent departures of the harbour cruise boats, and wildlife viewing trips to San Lorenzo islands on the weekends.
