In Peruvian slang spanish what does Rosquete mean?

I read somewhere
no es mas rosquete porque no tiene tiempo

Thanks I had no idea Rosquete meant that..I speak basic spanish and I thought it had to do something with rockets..LOL

It means gay, but mostly the excentric, flamboyant gay. Derogatory terms for gay are different from that. By the way, the phrase is mexican, it's form the old mexican shows and movies of the 80's that peruvian TV showed at that time. "No es más (whatever) por que no (practica, tiene tiempo), fits perfectly as a very boring and childish remark.

God.. Rosquete is SOOO ofensive, not even funny... Please dont use it..... Even the word Maricón, doesnt come close...
