Hey all
im going to peru tomo, gonna need to change some yankees over to soles, does anyone know the proper rate and what rate im likely to get on the border?
Thanks

You can track this and any currency at Universal Currency Converter....it offers one approximation anyway.......

This yahoo page is a very easy way to find out the conversion rate.
Beware of false bills and coins. Preferably change in banks or at exchange houses (they like to put their stamp on the bills). Don´t change on the street.
good luck

Presumably, the original poster has already exchanged their money .... however for others, I like to refer to the Oanda site as you can print out a "cheatsheet" showing increments of one currency against another (fyi, $10 US dollars equals x-amount Peruvian Sol).
