As far as I know the Cusco Tourist Ticket (Boleto Turístico de Cuzco, BTC) can be bought in Cusco offices and at all sites it allows to visit. But I found comments that at any given site they have sold out one type of ticket and will not receive further supply until the afternoon or the following day. Since we will go directly from Cusco airport to Ollantaytambo, we hope to buy our BTC at Ollantaytambo site ticket office. Does this really happen?

Is there any direct bus from Cusco airport to Ollantaytambo, or we need to go to the city for bus or colectivo?.

Availability is never a problem. The 10 day tourist ticket is in abundant supply at all sites and Ollantaytambo is no exception.
If you wish to go to the Sacred Valley directly from the airport, your best bet is to either take a taxi to or the blue Correcaminos colectivo to the Urubamba bus depot, just off the far end of Calle Belen (ask somebody to show you the colectivo stop outside the airport, ask driver to tell you where you alight). Departures to Urubamba every half hour, last departure around 18:00.
From Urubamba: regular colectivos to Ollantaytambo, last departure around 17:00.
