I tried a bunch of restaurant in Arequipa. And the best (for me) is......Casta Fior. It is just another level in terms of quality of food, quality and variety of cakes and ambiance/decoration.
I will recommand the "Paiche" which is a very large fish (10') form the amazon.
It is worthwile to cross the bridge "puente Grau".
