I am looing for a hostel dorm that is strict about late night noise and stays quiet in the night.

A bonus would be the type of hostel that closes its doors after a certain hour. Once I stayed at a private room hostel and the lady closed up shop at a certain hour at night. I want a place like that quiet but a hostel dorm that is forced to be quiet and closed to entering guests after a certain hour.
So kind of like a curfew.

Anyone know of any hostel (dorm type) that imposes this kind of a curfew in Cuzco?

I would suggest looking at some of the more popular hostel booking sites. I've stayed at Pariwana in Cusco. Its a bigger hostel but its not as party orientated as Loki or Wild Rover. Though, there is a bar (it shuts around 12-1am) and is generally quiet in the evening.

You'll find it hard to find a hostel with a 'curfew'. Most will have a 24/7 reception of some sorts. That is, there will always be someone to check in late arrivals from MP or the Bus station (I've arrived in Cusco at 3-4am on the bus and I think it was about 1am from MP).

Good Luck.

Ok althought maybe that is the tourist area. I might possible have to look into areas outside the tourist area. Where I stayed before was far from where you could ever possible spot a single foreigner. And it was actually hard to find hostel around therethat was cheap and was actually open through the night. Maybe I go back there again and search there again.

As a solo budget traveller, i stayed at Kamila Lodge (its on booking.com and other places). It was quiet, good value, comfortable. Have a look and see if it fits your budget.
Well located, easy short walk to main square of Cuzco (i used to walk a different street each time).
