Hi all, I'm going to Peru next week and looking at the weather forecast, looks like it's going to be a bit cold and rainy (and I'm in New York so I'm looking for warmer temperatures)
Can anyone recommend a nearby country i can visit ('cos I already booked a return flight back to NY from Arequipa-Lima-NYC) that has warmer temperatures?
I'm thinking Guayqauil, Ecuador (It shows 80s high and 70s low in November)
Does anyone know any other city/country with similar temperatures?

i am also in NY and headed to Peru this evening... the weather forecasts i am looking at says it is in the 70s and no rain in cusco?!

Asking what the weather is like in Peru is like asking what the weather is like in the US... it doesn't make any sense and leaves people thinking you are stupid, or perhaps just from the United States.
The weather is Peru is currently...
Scorching hot, dry with lots of humidity, with heavy thunderstorms and lots of sunshine. It's also bitterly cold and densely foggy.
Do some research.

If you read the question clearly I was specifically asking about nearby cities that are not raining and cold (I already looked up the weather for Cusco, that's the only reason I'm asking about nearby cities as alternatives). And we're all talking about CUSCO. No one's asking about weather in Peru as a country, why don't you learn how to read ahole.
