Recommendation for tour group

Hi everyone,
my Mum, she is 74 and VERY fit, wants to travel to Ecuador in January, for about a month. She speaks English, German and some basic Spanish. We were thinking to find a tour for for maybe 14 or 20 days, so she could travel around comfortably without dealing with buses and hotel search, and then find a nice place on he beach for her to chill out and enjoy. She has travelled a lot, but never on a group bus...so does anyone have recommendations for an organised tour thats affordable and enjoyable? no fancy hotel stuff needed,, just simple and real would be best for her.
